An architecture graduate of Bandung Institute of Technology with over 20 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction cost management. Maria leads PT Kandu's project and construction management operations, with a particular interest in high-end residential and hospitality projects.

A construction project manager with extensive international experience across the UK, Africa and the MENA region, plus over 20 years in Indonesia. His background spans high-rise office and residential, irrigation schemes, schools, hospitals, hotels, petrochemical, industrial and process plants.
