Resident Engineer / Architectural Manager

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor quality against design and specification.
Review contractor progress, method statements and shop drawings.
Enforce health & safety standards on site.
Report progress transparently to PT Kandu and the client.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Significant site experience on building projects in Indonesia.
Strong attention to detail and clear communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
