Resident Engineer / Architectural Manager

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer / Architectural Manager to oversee construction works on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor quality against design and specification.
• Review contractor progress, method statements and shop drawings.
• Enforce health & safety standards on site.
• Report progress transparently to PT Kandu and the client.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Significant site experience on building projects in Indonesia.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
